Shipping:

Currently, Malamaal.com sells only digital products that can be downloaded from the website, once the payment is made. Optionally, you can select the content to be delivered on a CD, if you find it difficult to download the material, by selecting the appropriate option. Please note that this will be charged extra (Rs.200/-). These charges are "per order", hence, please select all the products that you wish to buy and then "check-out". This way, you will be saving on shipping costs.

All shipments are by Registered Post only.

Returns:

Malamaal.com ensures that the digital products purchased by you are put on branded CDs and thoroughly checked, before being dispatched. Additionally, a readme file is also added which will give you the necessary directions for use. Although the packaging is properly done to ensure safe delivery, we cannot rule out the possibility of them getting damaged by mis-handling, during transit. If you come across such issues, please send us the damaged items within 10 days of receipt, at your cost. We will dispatch you another copy within 3 business days of receipt of the damaged product, at our cost.
